What we collect
If you save your email, we store the address, the page you used, the submission time, the consent-notice version and your browser's user-agent string. This records what you agreed to and where you requested the question pack.
Tool data
Score-converter marks stay in your browser. Diagnostic answers are sent when you finish or the timer expires. Complete attempts are graded in that request; incomplete attempts receive no grading or solutions. Answers are not stored, logged or linked to the email form. Vercel Analytics counts page visits and named funnel actions. We attach no answers, scores, email addresses or payment identifiers. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking.
Purchases
Stripe processes payment and keeps the buyer email and payment record. We keep a private, hashed browser-access record for 30 days. Refund and dispute events close access. Card details never reach this site.
Use and retention
Addresses are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. Email sending is off until ESAT Prep has an authenticated domain. We do not sell, rent or share your address for another organisation's marketing. We review active records monthly and delete them after 18 months.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, request a copy of your data or ask for full deletion. Withdrawal deletes active records and keeps a one-way address fingerprint so the address is not added again. Full deletion removes that fingerprint too. Send requests to lightcubed1@gmail.com.
